Yes, of course. The important thing is that the pets are all in the same photo from which we take inspiration to work.
If you don’t like your artwork, you can request changes. We’ll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We print only once you’re happy with your order.
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually, the photo is perfectly fine. If there’s a problem, we’ll email you and explain the issue and request some new photos via email.
Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting and at eye-level with your pet.
We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits, and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
If you don’t like your art, we’ll edit it free of charge until you say you love it. If you receive your order and for some reason you don’t like it, we’ll redo the art and replace it for you.
Yes, we’ve shipped over 30,000 pet portraits all over the world and we always use fully tracked shipping methods. You will receive your tracking number via email.
